Shipping PolicyProcessing time for all orders is 2- 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times for wholesale items are 5-10 business days. After items have been processed, then shipping will begin. Process time excludes the time for shipping. We process all orders in the time frames mentioned above and then ship out orders! Shipping take 2-5 days.

Return Policy -

Due to the nature of our products, please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges on Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products that have been opened or used.

Results from skincare products vary from person to person and require consistent use over time. Individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace items that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

3. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.


4. Allergies & Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.

5. Results Disclaimer

Our products are formulated to support concerns such as dryness, uneven skin tone, and hyperpigmentation. However:

  • Results are not immediate
  • Visible improvements typically require consistent use over 4–8 weeks or more
  • Results vary based on skin type, routine, and lifestyle factors

6. Policy on Misuse & False Claims

We value honest feedback and welcome genuine customer experiences.

However, FlijBeauty reserves the right to address any false, misleading, or defamatory claims made in an attempt to obtain refunds outside of this policy.
